Tell Us What You Want Fixed
The description field matters more than the rest of the form put together. It decides which fitter is scheduled, how the bay is configured before you arrive, and which shafts come out of storage.
When the Studio Actually Has Space
Two fitting rooms and four people. There is no version of this where we run twelve blocks a day, so the calendar is genuinely finite and worth planning around.
| Slot | Usual wait | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Weekday morning | Under two weeks | Quietest light on the grass tee, best for outdoor work |
| Weekday afternoon | Two to three weeks | Afternoon wind is common from April onward |
| Weekday evening | Three weeks | Tuesday to Thursday only, bay work unless the light holds |
| Saturday morning | Four to six weeks | Books out first every season, waiting list from April |
| Bench work drop-off | Same week | No appointment needed, any weekday morning |
What Happens When the Grass Tee Closes
Wedge and fairway wood blocks lean heavily on outdoor testing, and there are days on the Front Range when the tee line is unusable. If that lands on your appointment, we call you the morning of and offer two choices: run the block bay-only, or reschedule at no cost.
Driver, iron and hybrid blocks run either way, because the bay carries the comparison work and the outdoor portion only confirms finalists. We will still tell you which rows came from which surface.
When Wind Ruins a Block- Eat something, a three-hour bag review is longer than it sounds
- Do not take a lesson the same week if you can avoid it
- Arrive ten minutes early, the interview starts on time
- Warm up here rather than elsewhere, we want the first swings on record
Parking is free and the four bays nearest the door are reserved for fitting appointments.
Nothing Is Charged Until You Arrive
Sending this form costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. If the conversation makes it clear a block is not what you need, we will say so on the phone.
